My name is Kyle Barnes. I am a first year master’s candidate in philosophy at Colorado State University. My research interests generally focus on metaethics, the philosophers of lightness and weight, and the early modern period up to Kant. I am writing my thesis on Spinoza’s scientia intuitiva and the power of ideas in combatting the passions.
